Charlie brings a powerful mix of practical field knowledge and drone expertise, backed by 500 hours of flight time and more than a decade of experience in pest control and the agricultural sector. With a deep background spanning over seven years in land-based operations and five years focused on pest management, he’s a dependable operator who knows how to get results.
Specialising in thermal drone operations, Charlie is equally at home working solo in remote areas or as part of a tight field team. His strong work ethic, adaptability, and broad certification base across ag and pest control make him a valuable asset on complex missions where precision and independence matter.
When he’s not flying, Charlie’s likely in the bush — thriving in the outdoors and staying sharp with his passion for hunting. His hands-on attitude and grounded mindset bring reliability and grit to every job.
Khan brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the pest control, conservation, and land management sectors. Before founding Provision, he worked across NewZealand’s toughest environments, managing and delivering complex, large-scale conservation projects from high country stations to offshore islands.
Khan is a nationally recognised leader in drone-enabled conservation, having pioneered thermal detection techniques, UAV bait application, and heavy-lift logistics using cutting-edge DJI platforms. He holds over 1500 hours of drone flight time —most of it focused on thermal surveillance, mapping, spraying, and precision lifting —and continues to drive innovation at the intersection of conservation and technology.
Alongside his technical expertise, Khan is known for building strong, trusted relationships with clients. His ability to understand operational needs, communicate clearly, and deliver dependable results has helped Provision become a go-to provider across government and private sectors.Backed by a reputation for building high-performing teams and delivering results in the field, Khan leads Provision with a strong focus on reliability, capability, and pushing boundaries.
Åsa has over 15 years of commercial and partnership experience across the hospitality, aviation and corporate travel sectors. Before joining Provision she managed global partnerships for New Zealand businesses working alongside some of the world's largest operators, negotiating agreements that spanned multiple markets, systems and compliance regimes.
At Provision, Åsa works across the whole of the business. For customers she is likely the first point of contact, and she stays with a job from the initial enquiry through to delivery. She is known for her attention to detail, the quality of what she delivers, and for keeping the customer at the centre of every project.
Having arrived from Sweden nearly twenty years ago, Åsa has called New Zealand home ever since. She works from Provision's Pleasant Point office in South Canterbury, looking after Provision's business across New Zealand.
